Offering solutions since 1993, Ricon Consulting Inc. is a software developer and support specialist for PC's, minicomputers, and the internet. Our primary goal is to assist our clients to achieve their business goals by fulfilling their information systems needs. We accomplish this through a process of consulting, planning and implementation of strategies. Our commitment is to deliver solutions on time, on budget and as promised.

For minicomputers, we provide services for both the PICK and Unidata Post-Relational Database Model. If you are migrating to or from a Unidata business system let our experience in conversions work for you. We have the expertise to be able to work with these systems when there is little or no documentation.

For PC's (personal computers) and LANs (local area networks), we provide services for client/server solutions and complete software applications focusing on Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Access. We can assist in the development of smaller single user and multi-user applications using these as well as other development tools.

For the internet, we offer web site design, web hosting services, and internet access. Whether you need updates to an existing web site or the whole package, we will work with you to fulfill your requirements. Some of the web solutions we have provided to customers has included interactive, secure on-line applications.

In the support role, we have experience working with a variety of business systems including; financial, order processing, job costing, inventory, estimating, donation management, portfolio management, health care and payroll. Offering custom programming, conversion and consulting services, we bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to each of our customers.

Our present customer base includes customers throughout North America. We provide on-site services for our clients as well as remote services via VPN (virtual private network), modem, and telephone. The role we provide for each customer varies from acting as their contracted Information Systems Department to providing Systems Analysis services and Programming services. Of course every customer's requirements are unique. We have therefore developed a wide network of trusted associates that we can quickly draw on as the need arises.
